getting back on track @ 12:59 pm

I have gained about five pounds in the last few months and i need ot get back on track
starting school threw me off and now im eating with my friends and eating a lot its disgusting
i need to come on here more often so i can keep track of what im eating and make sure its not a lot!

1 week fast starting now
i need to lose 20lbs

Long time no post @ 09:19 pm

Still the same wait.. but ive started eating normally. I havent gained much but i want to get back on track and lose another 15lbs. I think it would be great for my bikini!!! Im in a hurry so i can't write much now but ive starting puking alot more than i used to. it scares me a little but at the same time makes me feel really good. 
Im cutting down my calories HUGE. might start up the 2468 diet.. withuot the 8. lol. What ever i do i know it will work and i will get to that 120lbs!!!!

More health problems @ 10:29 am

So i STILL have mono, and my blood tests just came back and i have a short white blood cell count. Im going to the doctors in a few hours to see why my white blood cell count is low and what i can do. But my mom thinks its because im not eating and i am sick so my body can't fight off this infection.
THEREFOR, i have to eat more.
So im raising my calorie intake to 350/day. Room for protien and healthy foods.
I will be eating one peice of protien for dinner aka chicken, fish. And as for breakfast and lunch I'll be having fruits and veggies.

I was 137 because i fasted but then i went on vacation and binged 2 days in a row! So really, 3 lbs is good compared to what i ate!
According to losertown.com I can still be my goal weight by school
But everyday I am either going to swim for an hour&do calistetics OR go hiking.
Today or tomorrow I'm going on a 4 hour hike ! that burns about 1300 calories. Which is great.
My goal daily is to burn more calories than i eat.
So lets hope this works, And I really hope now that im eating more protien I get better!

I'm starting the russian gymnist diet today and it says you can lose 4-11 pounds in 5-7 days
even if i only lose 4 it'll be good! Cause then  only 2 more lbs to lost til im 135

i think i may be 5'8" idk!
I lost my measuring tape ahah
But yes, im so proud i've made it this far. I know i can lose so much more too.
And by back to school shopping i'll look great in hollister and a&f !

according to losertown calorie counter i can be!
eat 250 cals or less a day and exersize 3-5 times a week
i can do it :)

Proud to say after only 3 days I have lost 6 pounds!!!!

I am so proud! Eating low calories is the way to go!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Maybe my aug goal weight can be 135 now instead of 145 !

Being sick with mono held me back a lot, i can't work out at all.
Most people say that i'd be able to lose weight easier because i have mono but im taking medicine for my swollen throat that increases my appetite.
So i still eat less than 1000 cals a day, usually inbetween 500-700 cals.
I know, its disgusting but i just need to heal.
Anyways, i have new goals now seeing as i am still @ 154 and its mid. july.

GW (by mid aug) : 145
GW (by mid sept) : 135
GW: 120

So hopefully by october-november time i'll be my goal weight.

Current Mood: nervous

So far i've lost around 20 lbs. Well since last week, but I really hope i've lost more. Ive been working out a lot. the least i've worked out was this week which was only 3 times. But I usually work out 5 times a week. Oh well, I just hope I lose around 13 lbs by the end of July. I need to. Why? Because I'm going to visit my old city where I used to live. And there are a lot of people there that I know and I want them to see the new and improved me! I need this!
