So i STILL have mono, and my blood tests just came back and i have a short white blood cell count. Im going to the doctors in a few hours to see why my white blood cell count is low and what i can do. But my mom thinks its because im not eating and i am sick so my body can't fight off this infection.
THEREFOR, i have to eat more.
So im raising my calorie intake to 350/day. Room for protien and healthy foods.
I will be eating one peice of protien for dinner aka chicken, fish. And as for breakfast and lunch I'll be having fruits and veggies.

I was 137 because i fasted but then i went on vacation and binged 2 days in a row! So really, 3 lbs is good compared to what i ate!
According to losertown.com I can still be my goal weight by school
But everyday I am either going to swim for an hour&do calistetics OR go hiking.
Today or tomorrow I'm going on a 4 hour hike ! that burns about 1300 calories. Which is great.
My goal daily is to burn more calories than i eat.
So lets hope this works, And I really hope now that im eating more protien I get better!
